Exterior package (Inc. modeling)

Modeling is the first stage of creating your development in 3D. We begin with the drawing or framework files you supply us with, and model the building(s) there after. Once the building is created, our post-production teams take over to optimize the visuals to it's full potential. The building is then situated in the correct environment, and prepared for the next stage; images and larger scenery images.

Once you have selected the amount of buildings in your development, you select how many images you want of it. We always recommend a minimum of 4 images, to be able to capture different angles of your development, and present it to the potential buyers.

If what you are looking for is larger scenery images with an abundance of people, outside spaces, playgrounds, higher focus on surroundings or skylines f.ex that require additional post-production, please add "Larger Scenery Images" to your package.

Sometimes it's that extra imaginative image in a larger scene, skyline or additional detailing that is what you are looking for. In that case, adding a Larger scenery image is just the right thing. The more images you provide to your potential buyer, the more insight into their possible new day-to-day life they have, enabling them to make a decision faster.

Sometimes you might want to add that extra bit of flare to your image, maybe it's increased detailing, more time spent in post-production or maybe you just want us to spend an extra hour on that "one idea you had". In that case, add additional detailing [per image] to your interior order, and we'll get right to it.

We always strive to deliver you the best possible product, at the listed price. As you know, 3D visualization is a labor intensive task, and every development is unique. In some more unique cases, a project manager might need to do cost adjustments depending on f.ex complexity. In any such case you will always be informed before hand, and any price changes are always clearly communitcated and must be accepted before actuated.


Additional itterations, changes or request past the included [3] iterations, will cary a cost equal to the amount of hours needed to perform the request. All additional requst that cary any cost are always clearly communitcated and must be accepted before actuated.

No images included in modeling cost.
Changes in architectural or base drawings requiere a complete remodeling.

Sun study:
Accuracy may vary depending on surroundings and other potential factors. We do not carry responsibility for any possible accuracies.

Additional detailing:
2h extra detailing per image. Grants [1] extra iteration.

INTERIOR
Package and pricing per room
All prices require furniture and content from the large Eve 3D Library. If custom modeling is necessary, you will receive a quote from the project manager. 

Modeling:
Changes in architectural or base drawings requiere a complete remodeling.

Images:
All images include up to 3 iterations. Further iterations are priced by the hour.

Additional detailing:
2h extra detailing per image. Grants [1] extra iteration.

Presets (if applicable):
When ordering a preset-package, you accept that there are [0] iterations on the images delivered. The preset furnitures delivered in "Preset"-packages is set up by Eve, and our partners in interior design.

Hourly rate:
€150 per hour
